Idek where to put this but jamstack is really interesting that's all i know.
You can make it with something like Jekyll it's cool and its the easiest to start with because it's integrated with GitHub but kinda complicated if you wanna make a theme or something like that (at least for me because i dont know ruby and liquid).
So i am learning 11ty (Eleventy) which uses nodejs and multiple templating languages are compatible i will use ejs because i know it you can also use normal html but idk whats the point then. Those Static site generators make life easier when you wanna make a blog or add some cms on top of it like netlify cms.
If you are not interested in jamstack then there is ghost its like wordpress but way cooler and its also node.

It's basically the Start Bootstrap theme.
Most of the work will be html or markdown.
