[Dispute] Getting -Repped for almost NO reason.

Hi. You know who it is.
So, I got neg repped by a user under the name of 0x07

So, First of all, he says I Bypassed the filter to say the B word. But here's the thing. I didn't.
Apparently what this guy thinks is that I said "B!tch" to make it look like I said the B word, and he thinks that I bypassed the filter. I legit just said the word but replaced a letter to make it look like the word but actually ISN'T so it doesn't get filtered.
Second of all, this person thinks that saying Gacha life is for 5 year olds is a -reppable "offense". I was making a Joke. Even I play Gacha Life, But I don't Play it to make Dramatic Movies and Stuff. I play it to Design Characters, And that's it. I don't even really play the game if all I do in it is Design Characters.
I just want to say, 0x07, please restore my rep.
