How would I run C# code from lua in synapse

So what i mean is like this
IF IS_SYNAPSE (or whatever variable)
IF IS_SYNAPSE then
MessageBox.Show("This is C#")
end
How would I do that?

Dont think you can run c#
just do is synapse then print or whatever
