Is there any way to hide the CSS in a website? Or even hide the website files in general where its not in the sources tab of the inspect panel.

Well, if a user's browser actually renders the CSS, there's no way to hide it. Anything that is accessible to the user's browser is in some way accessible to the user.

if you hid it from the client, the code wouldnt load because the client wouldnt know if the css code existed or not

For PHP, or Node.js, it is possible to hide code, but it was never possible to hide HTML or CSS
