Windows being able to actually boot confirms that the issue is not related to the BIOS or UEFI in any shape or form. Any details relating to that can be disregarded, this is purely an issue with Windows.

Judging by the processor, the PC is pretty new, and I would not attribute this to mechanical drive failure (let alone SSD failure). Still, the course of action is what was said last time - attempt repair, recover data, reinstall if needed.

INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE is a broad unhandled exception that covers issues from misconfigured firmware to corrupted boot files and invalid filesystem. My bet is that it's to do with filesystem errors, NTFS is well-known to be garbage and unstable, so unexpected shutdowns or other drive issues may cause it to break.

You can first attempt recovery of your entire operating system by using Windows' own diagnostic tool. To get to it, in your case you need a spare USB or storage medium with Windows 10 installation media. In the installation media, proceed with it and go through "Language" -> "Time and currency format" -> "Keyboard", after those are complete the next page is going to have a 'repair your computer' option which will lead you to a toolkit of diagnostic software. "Troubleshoot" -> "Advanced options" -> "Automatic repair" will attempt to diagnose any issues with the boot process and repair them. If it is unsuccessful at doing so, you can try entering the command prompt from the same menu and running the chkdsk utility to diagnose and repair any filesystem abnormalities.

Documentation for chkdsk can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/chkdsk

The most basic chkdsk command that checks the filesystem and automatically repairs it is:

chkdsk /f /r C:

If all else fails, recover all of your files by using a liveboot Linux distribution (https://manjaro.org/ https://kubuntu.org/ https://ubuntu.com/). Simply boot into one, use the file explorer (Typically Dolphin in KDE's Plasma) to mount the drive and extract any needed files then back them up on another drive or online, then attempt to reinstall Windows 10 on your drive or rethink your choice of operating system to something that is more reliable. Linux also offers software to attempt to repair NTFS filesystems (ntfs-3g + ntfsprogs) so that's an option.

I would also do  sfc /scannow along with DISM commands, DISM  /Online  /Cleanup-Image  /RestoreHealth once the pc is working just to be safe (don't remember if u can do this off windows 10 USB install but I would if u can)

note these commands take a while to do

worse comes to worst, u prob have to reinstall windows, autho I'm pretty sure u can reinstall windows without losing any data that are documents or that isnt an app

also if u dont want to use Linux for whatever reason to get your data, there's hiren https://www.reddit.com/r/24hoursupport/wiki/hirenguide
