Why everyone considered exploit support owlhub as a op exploit?

Not really 'op'

but it's just that owl hub is a popular script and if you want lots of people to use ur exploit you need to support popular scripts lol

Back then when it was good (still is) all exploits couldn't for exception or krnl and paid ones could execute it and having an exploit that wasnt paid showed how powerful it was and was on levels as paid ones well that's how I think it is imo

owlhub is really hard to get running 
you need a good base for it to even run (skiddo has this issue)
theres also functions you need to have in order to get it working

hookfunction (for full support), newcclosure, bit lib (you can use roblox bit lib), input lib (mouse and keyboard crap), drawing lib

dont forget you need a good base

so uh thats why 

you need a powerful dll to run owlhub

if u get owlhub working there is a higher chance that other popular scripts will work.

like acrylix got owlhub and with owlhub came darkhub and vynixius jailbreak :sunglasses:

at this point owlhub is just a test for your exploit
