This will be rated from NOT THEORITICAL (likely to happen) - THEORITICAL (not likely to happen).

2. End hungry disk usage programs. (KINDA RISKY)

3. Stop Windows Search, and Windows Update services. (KINDA RISKY)

4. Uninstall Microsoft Office Click to run. (NOT REALLY RISKY)

5. Antivirus Deep Scan. (Submitted by Gooogle) (NOT REALLY RISKY)

6. Optimize Disk. (KINDA RISKY)

7. Disk Cleanup. (KINDA RISKY)

8. Reinstall Windows. (RISKY)

9. New hard drive. (KINDA RISKY)

10. New PC. (Adios PC)
