How do I get the class of a class library and use its functions/methods without referencing it?

I can't explain properly, basically, I want to get the class of a C# class library and use its functions/methods, but without referencing the class library (.DLL).
Yes spoonfeed me or not but I've tried searching this up and I am either bad at coding, bad at searching, or there are no results, or maybe all of them.
