That's actually hilarious. I remembered my first day at work and the conversation we had with my boss. It was awful and weird, so it's not surprising that I quit. Anyway, it wasn't a problem for me to find a new job a few days later, I just used this website to look for some vacancies, and I managed to do everything in no time.
