pls help i have a problem

When I open jj spoilt on my win 7 32-bit pc, it always says *Built-in DLL injector missing. Your antivirus may have falsely flagged and deleted it. Please disable your antivirus and reopen JJSploit, so it may attempt to redownload. Otherwise manually reinstall JJSploit.* And i tried to disable all the protection and still doesn't work :(((
