Solara DLL missing

This has been an issue for a few days now. I use windows 11 and have no problem installing it, but for some reason it's showing this error. The real-time protection is off. I've tried adding/removing exclusion method, still not working. Is anyone else having this issue that has a fix for this or is this a site issue?
