Infinite Jump not working

Every time I run start, I get "Couldn't download latest version" popup and "Other error: -2146697191" is logged to the cmd console. I have reinstalled multiple times with no luck.

have you tried disabling your antivirus?

I use synapse sometimes
Languages i have experience with: c#, lua, javascript.
