I tried everything in other threads for Windows 7 and none of them works. I already deactivated my Windows Defender and it still pops up. I tried restarting and waiting but they also didn't work.

ok so what ur gunna wanna do is turn off your windows deffender (if you dont know how search it on youtube) and all other anti virus applications. then open internet explorer and download it threw there because for some reason it does not seem to work with chrome. hope i helped :)
