JJ sploit Can't uninstall,can't move to other folders,says requeres administrator request from the owner

It askes for a adminstrator premission witch i gave but then it says it will need a request from the owner now i cant delete it or

move it to other folders.It started with me forgeting to turn of my antivirus then it delted some files,after that i reinstalled it, then it corupted and now i cant delete it or move to other folders its glitched, then i tried deleting it with the recycle bin(i know stupid) then i unistalled jj sploit but its still there and i cant do anything.
