@Moon i know VMs might be slow, but theres a way to make them fast. The reason why they are slow is that in virtualbox you are limited to 128mb of vram for graphics, which is really bad. theres ways of passing a powerful GPU to it so that you can game on it, its called KVM or something like that. 2JJ1 made a guide about it btw: https://wearedevs.com/best-vm-setup-for-gaming/
its also what someordinarygamers uses to play games on windows, because he uses linux.

@Moon i have a laptop too, and it has an integrated radeon GPU (which is the only one i use) and the nvidia one that i never use. i could setup that and use my nvidia GPU for a windows VM if i wanted too.
if you have 2 GPUs and you use linux you should be able to do it. most high end laptops have 2 GPUs.

@Moon ok here are some tips
- remove useless windows services
- remove startup apps
- use less apps more websites
- uninstalled unused stuff
- if you use a hard drive, consider switching to an SSD
- remove any virus if you think you have one
- reinstall windows if you think you bloated your system too much
- epic step: switch to linux it makes your computer faster
