it keeps going to older versions

everytime i get it again it goes to a older version and it says that i have to wait a few hours but when i wait a few days it doesnt work so thats why i deleted it and get it again it just goes back to an older version of itself how do i fix it? edit: its stuck on "working as of september 13"
