How do I add a DLL exclusion in windows firewall? (The way to end all the underlying connection was closed drama.)

I need to use my exploit and I don't wanna disable my firewall so I wanna exclude the DLL instead of disabling my firewall because if I do there could be some things that could hack into my PC so I need to find a way to exclude the DLL.
