Help with launching exploits

Whenever I try to launch an exe, it gives me an error message saying I have insufficient system resources and deletes the exe. If someone could help me it'd be appreciated.

Hello, Please follow the steps below

-Disable all antiviruses

-Restart your computer

-Reinstall

-Try again
