So I have an issue when I put a script like this for example

With the jjsploit executor, it doesn't work but everyone says this way works how do I fix this issue? And do I need a different executor?

Yep You might need other executor 

sometimes jjsploit cant handle some scripts where user just crash

so you might needing other executor.
