Error code 268

So recently, there was a new update rolled out by roblox where you can't remove GlobalBasicSettings_13.xml and fix the error.
Is there anyone who knows the new method on fixing this?
UPDATE: I found a good fixer that I took from the KRNL server before i was fully banned.

Update: I found a good 268 fixer. I will lock this thread or probably remove it.
