Help, I have some download issues

So I tried to download infinite jump recently but it keeps saying "Download error", "Network error", "Deleted", or the download freeze forever. Although I disabled all antivirus in Google Chrome and Window, it still happens. Yesterday it downloaded sucessfully but after I use it just automatically disappear, that's the reason why I have to download rapidly.
