0xc00007b error, application failed to start properly

So at first I had the issue with the missing files and once I had put them in the jjspoilts folder it just kept coming up with that error, anybody know what i have done wrong or how to fix it? ive tried running as administrator which is what yt told me but didnt work, the error comes up when I click attach (with roblox open)
