I just installed JJSploit's new update but now windows defender keeps on deleting it

Anti-malware programs and exploits don't go together well. You need to disable it.

This tool can have it done permanently

You can also make the anitvirus skip the exploit folder using the exception tool in windows security settings. Works a treat.
