Currently there is a bug where the website doesn't lead you to the correct link to download the API causing an error making the website take you back to the releases page.
I will try to find the location on the website the API is kept but if I can't we will have to wait for it to be fixed.

dont waste your time looking for the file location its a error for everyone right now
