When I execute a script, it kicks me out of the game saying "adonis admin under <300 seconds" (after 300 seconds).

You were likely just kicked from the game, either because your computer (client) wasnt responding after 300s to Adonis (a roblox anti-cheat), so it likely just kicked you from the game assuming you were being suspicious.

Adonis is an in-game admin. Theres nothing to worry about. Adonis is a anti-cheat that caan only impose in-game bans for a specific game (not much popular games use it) so it won't affect your roblox account.
