Lag when using exploits

So , I was exploiting casually with my exploit using WAD API v1 and then after like 2 mins I started lagging like crazy.My laptop froze for a min when I left the game.

I really want a fix

does this happen with other exploits that use the api like proxo or ND (ew)

Never used Proxo or whatever ND is. Skisploit does not lag at all when I exploit
