Glitch with AtomWrapper that stops me using it!

When i open Atomwrapper and try to get the key, its not there. Ive tried turning off my antivirus and reinstalling buts it just keeps happening, someone please help. Here is some evidence: https://gyazo.com/b84d5940560db303eb6ac17868347b7e
