Multiple RBLX Installer Issue

hello, i'm trying to install Multiple RBLX and when opening the installer (both done on administrator and normally), it's just a white screen.
it has no sign of change every time i try. can someone please help me fix this?

I'm not 100% Sure on how to fix this but attempt to download visual studio and something along the liens of ".NET Desktop Development" If this doesn't fix it I'm not sure what does.
