Jjsploit and inf jump help

when i first installed it and did all the requiered stuff it worked fine but when i launched it again and tried usign it there appeared a roblox pop up that said exit closedd why did thsi suddenly happen ? The same thing happens with inf jump when i but command start in it or it just closes and dosnt do anything ? how cna i fix these problems ?
