A suicide bomb vest is CURRENTLY not supported on the API.
Maybe in a later update they will add support for more things, until then I and maybe other scripters will try to make one :)

I think this would only be for full lua, since your script has to contain an unlock all parts script an explosion and parts along with a timer which is quite a lot to fit into the 50 - 100 something lines we have.
