I need help with exploit softwares and technical problem

I need help I've downloaded a lot of roblox exploit softwares but when I download them it says failed-download error on chrome, so I downloaded a free download manager to see if it fixs the problem but when the file is done downloading it says file missing, it will show that the file is in the download folder on my pc for 5 secs before disappering I've turned off my anti-virus and firewall, and windows defender but still doesn't work
