So I do all the steps but everytime I try to run roblox again on an alt it just closes the original one, does anyone know how to fix?

it was a accident, first time I sent it I had to put in captcha so I guessed it just sent twice

The person who showed me this has the same device and it works perfectly for him, I mean I never got download setup it just went straight to the thing could that be why?
