I would like to help you resolve this issue. First I'd like to say that I've used proxo myself a few times, I feel like I have some knowledge to tell you about how to use proxo. 

1st: Turn off your anti-virus if you haven't already, this is because the PROXO might not inject or get blocked by Windows-Firewall while its injecting.

2nd: Proxo has a faq at: proxo faq which will fix the error.

3rd: If it still happends contact them at their discord which is on the website { proxo website }.
