Exploits don't work.

All the exploits i've downloaded here and tried didn't work, i've been trying to fix this issue for weeks and wasn't able to... It started when one of my old executors stopped working telling me that  XInput1_4.dll was missing from my system. When i got said dll it still doesn't work, i've reinstalled C++ 86x (2019 verison) and installed the whole microsoft build tools trying to fix this problem... And then if i spammed attach on one of my random executors (seven) it says it is unable to download the latest patch/ says it's been patched.. i've uninstalled avast entirely and turned off my firewall and restarted my computer just incase to try and fix this issue to no avail

I would appreciate any help given to me from this community..
