A high and a Severe threat was found on my laptop after installing Jjsploit. Are they malicious?

So I installed jjsploit. I had some fun with it, but the day after, (today) windows defender came through with the 'threats found' message. I thought it would be normal, but I checked on it anyways. I'll show you what the names were. The high one was 'HackTool:Won32/GameHack!MSR'. The severe one was 'Trojan:Win32/Ekstak.DSK!MTB'. They are both now quarrintined. Can someone tell me if they are malicious, or just part of jjSploit? Thanks.
