Proxo Bootstrapper Issue 2: Electric Boogaloo!

So there is now another issue, this isn't a problem with an incorrect install or anything like that. the Proxo Bootstrapper is now working fine BUT there is now no download link. This isn't something a mod can fix unless they have contact to whoever develops Proxo, so if you have some sort of contact to someone who can get this fixed, Please notify them.
