[REQ] Mad City TROLLING Script

I've seen some kids using a script that like teleports the cargo plane, makes a frikin magnetic thing that pulls stuff in, and a buzzard that shoots like a million rockets per seconds.

I can't seem to find someone who is willing to tell me how to get the script. Can someone Help?
