JJSploit will not connect to internet

Downloaded JJSploit fine with Anti virus and firewall disabled. Get popup warning me about installation, I click run anyway. When I open jj it will not connect to internet even with anti virus and firewall disabled. Already tried the method where you delete that exploit file in the resources folder, that has changed nothing. Please help.

also your not suppose to just be deleting files in that folder...

@Vader There was a link to a thread that I found and it recommended deleting the exploit dll thing in the resource file

not just delete it
