Cannot download any exploit

I can't download a single exploit. I have disabled Windows Defender, and McAfee but it'll still delete itself. Help.

Either chrome is blocking your download or McAfee WebAdvisor is blocking.
To get around chrome blocking your download,Once you have downloaded it and chrome has blocked it, go to the download tab and select 'Download anyways'. It will give you a warning but don't worry about it.
You can also disable scanning by going to your profile and going to the account security option.
McAfee will falsely claim it as a virus after you have downloaded it but just click 'Accept the risk' and you are okay to go.
To prevent McAfee to quarantine(delete) your executor once you run it, Open the McAfee app, Click the 3 lines on the top right corner, go to 'Real time scanning' and temporarily disable it.
Keep in mind that you need to be an administrator to disable real time scanning
