JJSploit is disabled by the firewall

When entering jjSploit I get this error:
There was an error when checking for updates... Make sure JJSploit can connect to the internet by disabling any firewalls
disable all firewalls but nothing, it remains the same, every time you did it I deactivated the avast and it has always worked for me but now even if I disable it I get that error
Could you tell me how to add JJSploit to the firewall?
