What Userscript Extension should I install?

Hey everyone. Hectique here. I am here to ask what userscript extension I should use.

 

I looked into Tampermonkey, but I have heard rumors that it isn't safe + Avast Secure Browser said it was unsafe and Avast is right majority of the time.

 

I also looked into Greasmonkey, but I was not sure because when I clicked to install it, it asked for permission to Access Browser History and other stuff so I just wasn't sure.

 

ViolentMonkey was an immidiate No because I have heard that many people have had bad stuff happen to them with that extension installed and it should be avoided.

 

Can you guys help me out? Thanks so much.

Tampermonkey is fine. It's not malicious unless u install a malicious userscript on it.
