This is similar to wabz thread but the difference is that when someone post a link to a exe or zip the website automatically generates a virus total.
Don't buy exploits its not worth it your gonna quit anyway

This would be very hard since there are a ton of urls, some download urls dont finish with an extension, there are url shorteners, url shorteners with a wait time and stuff like that.
it would only kinda work with raw exe or zip or rar or [insert file extension here] url.

For something like wearedevs, you would need the premium api since the public one is super limited.
im sure its paid
so in resume, it would be very hard to do and it would cost a lot of money and time.
