jjsploit not working/glitching

everytime i attach my game it says please wait 6 hours or turn off my antivirus once 6 hours is over ive waited over 6 hours and i still keep getting the same thing and when i write "okay" jjsploit crashes this keeps happening and i dont want to turn off my antivirus since ive already allowed jjsploit to allow changes and i just tried againa dn jjsploit wont close at all and i have no clue why can someone help me?

just dont use jjsploit, its that simple
