Its just another exploit but in order to use the download manager I forgot to put this you have to right click it, then press run as admin because it puts the files on the desktop and documents which is blocked at the regular command prompt :/
The reason why its a .bat file is:
1. I want to learn another program language
2. Its easier to make it get into specific places (Like putting the shortcut on the desktop)
3. Its open-sourced (No viruses here)
