i turned off my anti-virus and my safe browsing too but its still says error a virus was found please help

its bc there is a virus in jjsploit that makes your pc slow after you have used it for some time so dont get it

So all exploits have like a dll they inject in to the program and the anti-virus says its a virus because it injects the dll in to a program.
