So for some reason last week it allowed me to move a gui but now it wont idk whats happening maybe u can help :)

On the Explorer, you have to click something OTHER than the frame and click the frame. Then, you should be able to move it and adjust it. This is something that Roblox have never fix. Myself, I fond it annoying but oh well.
