how do i make my "website" block a user from entering it if the user isnt being redirected by another website

example of a website redirecting:

linkvertise

joe mama

url shrinkers

bitly

youtube maybe

google maybe

joe mama

and that all i want in php (im using 000webhost)

referer header (misspelling of referrer, but yeah)
