cannot access the setup

as soon as i start running the setup exe. i get a message saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." i have disabled the fire wall, idk why else to do, any ideas?

Uhh... Please specify what exploit you are using.. And a device drive has nothing to do with firewall you f**King donkey
