@Moon if on this website exploits are targeted ban is the exploit on the youtube being targeted ban too?

I am clicking beta and classic but it doesn't open i deleted and re install it but it didn't work,i waited like 1 and half hours but there was no respons,i close it and open it again and same results when i click it nothing happens and its doesn't stop responding i don't know what to do..
