(not sure about this but)
vip = -1/+1 reputation max
premium = -2/+2 reputation max

Premium= +2/+1/-1/-2, Able to change username, able to use animated pfps, no ads, Profile badge and name color
VIP= +1/-1, Profile badge and name color
You have to buy premium and if you don't rebuy or cancel the subscribtion it turns into VIP

@Moon I've had premium and even i didnt know all that, i thought premium just got to rep people up to 2 or -2 and vip was 1 to -1
